Acknowledgment
These are the Terms & Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms & Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Service. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions then You may not access the Service.
Age Restriction
You confirm that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Sales
All prices are in GBP. Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch, including delivery fees. Prices shown for products on the Website are not inclusive of delivery charge. All payments shall be taken by the Company unless specified. All products offered are subject to availability and the Company cannot guarantee availability of products listed. For alcohol purchases, you must be of legal age to purchase and accept alcohol both in the country where You place the order and the destination country.
Dispatch/Delivery
We will dispatch within three working days, unless You are notified of a delay. We cannot accept any liability for non-delivery of goods due to misinformation, incorrect delivery address or courier errors. The Company accepts no liability for deliveries required for a specified date.
Tax Payments
The prices displayed are without local taxes, and local taxes will be added upon payment depending on your location. Local taxes and excise duties are the responsibility of the consumer, nor will the We take any responsibility for goods seized or impounded by Customs.
Returns
On receipt of Your parcel, please inspect the items carefully and notify the company immediately of any orders that are incorrect, damaged or incomplete. If there are any issues with the goods, You must notify us immediately in writing. As long as an item is still in its original condition. We accept returns free of charge. The Company’s aim is to refund You within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Intellectual Property
Trademarked intellectual property and its original content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarked property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
Our Products
We take full responsibility for all products manufactured under the brand name P*tron Saint. The Company does not claim any rights of ownership over any third-party trademarks or intellectual property which are referred to on our products or Service. We may use factual statements to describe the history of the whisky referenced as a geographical descriptor.
Your Feedback
You assign all rights in any feedback You provide the Company.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service or Products, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute by contacting the Company.
Limitation of Liability
Any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Governing Law
The laws of the UK, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service/Product. Your use of the Service/Product may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

The Service and Products are provided to You without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates expressly disclaims all warranties with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company or affiliates makes any representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service/Product, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service/Products will be error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components. International Shipping Terms
Shipping origin and courier
All international orders are shipped from Scotland (UK) via DHL Express, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, peak periods, or local delivery constraints.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking link by email. Tracking is the best way to monitor delivery progress and any customs updates.
Duties and taxes
For our current international release, UK excise duty has been paid prior to dispatch.
However, depending on your destination country, you may still be charged local import duties, VAT/sales taxes, excise, and/or customs handling fees by the destination authorities or carrier. These charges are set locally and are outside our control. Where applicable, they are the customer’s responsibility.
If duties/taxes are requested and are not paid (or required customs steps are not completed), DHL may return or dispose of the shipment. Any return shipping charges, handling fees, or losses incurred may be deducted from any refund.
Age restrictions and compliance
By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your country/region and that it is lawful for you to import alcohol for personal use. DHL may require age verification on delivery and may not leave alcohol parcels in a safe place.
Delivery address and unsuccessful delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If DHL is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, no recipient available, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Signature on delivery
DHL Express shipments are typically delivered with a signature requirement (or local equivalent). Where local rules allow, DHL may use alternative proof of delivery methods.
Damage, loss, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or promptly if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it). Please include photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and any damage.
Returns and cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it. Returns of alcohol are subject to local laws and hygiene/safety requirements. If returns are permitted, items must be unopened and returned in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including customs delays, strikes, severe weather, transport disruption, or regulatory changes).
